"至善" in Chinese refers to the highest evaluation of a person or thing. It represents the highest level of goal pursued at the moral level.

We danced together to welcome the new year, and we clapped our hands to congratulate the outstanding employees. We sent holiday surprises to the strong women in our company. Girls, whether young or mature, all love the beauty of flowers. We taught the gentle "little migratory birds" to enhance their wisdom, solve problems and distinguish right from wrong. We held onto Santa Claus and gave out Christmas fruits on Christmas Eve, praying that everyone would be safe and happy. 

When the spring flowers are in full bloom, we walk along the ancient paths, cross the streams, and climb the peaks with courage. In summer, we chase the wind and form groups to admire the green mountains and the misty rain. In autumn, we enjoy the moon at night, celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day together, and achieve a reunion of people and moon. We also gather around the stove in winter, create a cake with creativity, and wish joy on our birthdays. 

We work together, live together, volunteer together, train together, strive together and harvest together. Being together is also the eternal strong support when you move forward bravely. Youth is not afraid of the long journey; it is nourished by sweat and written with passion. 

On March 15th of the Year of the Rat in the 21st century, Mr. Lin said: "Employee happiness and customer satisfaction - the way to achieve this: strive for the highest quality in work and perfection in product quality!" 

Thus, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and TQM (Total Quality Management) were carried out in an orderly and vigorous manner in the second half of the year. Along the way, there was confusion and we almost made mistakes, but we eventually persisted and made steady progress.
