Using film printing and a 850℃ high-temperature sintering process, insulating layers are printed on the metal substrate, followed by printing the resistance layer, conductor layer, and covering the insulating layer in a certain process. The glass and its silver, palladium, platinum, ruthenium and other mixed materials are prepared according to a certain circuit design to produce an electric heating film heating element. Due to its small volume, low specific heat capacity and other characteristics, the heating element made from film heater has a high heat conversion rate and significant energy saving. It has advantages such as uniform heating, small thermal inertia, rapid response, high safety, high designability of the structure, and a wide range of resistance values. It is suitable for fields with strict requirements for space and heat distribution, such as automotive thermal management systems, medical equipment and heating in cleaning appliances.
